BUBA VPN | Payout rules

General terms

1.1. Clips published on TikTok and YouTube Shorts are accepted.

1.2. You can start from an account with any number of followers, including a new account.

1.3. A clip can be submitted for payout after it reaches 10,000 views.

1.4. Minimum length is 10 seconds. Maximum length is 300 seconds.

1.5. Only clips published no more than 7 calendar days ago are reviewed. On the 8th day after publication the clip is not accepted for payout.

1.6. Each clip is paid only once. A new application after the view count grows is not reviewed.

1.7. Only clips for a Russian-speaking audience are accepted.

1.8. Users who submit a video with questionable statistics are removed from the program. A moderator may change the payout amount at their discretion, based on the clip’s statistics.

1.9. Formats such as “tag someone”, search bait, “send this to a calculator”, engagement bait, and similar videos are not accepted.

1.10. The profile owner must moderate comments: remove advertising spam, bait that leads to the commenter’s profile, and similar messages. If we find this, the video is paid 20% below the current rate. Use the automatic comment filter. A large number of such comments can lead to a refused payout. Examples: “am I pretty?”, “+$200 today”, “something interesting is on my profile”.

1.11. The administration may blacklist a participant for breaking the rules or for inappropriate behavior.

Content requirements

2.1. The clip must look tidy, be fit to publish, and must not harm the brand’s reputation.

2.2. Quality must be acceptable: no heavy pixelation, unreadable text, cut-off endings, third-party watermarks, or other defects. A clip that does not look publishable is not paid.

2.3. Voiceover is required. The sound must be clearly audible.

2.4. Mentions, ads, demonstrations, and watermarks of other projects are prohibited.

2.5. Explicitly political clips are not paid. That includes campaigning, propaganda, and support or criticism of politicians, parties, government decisions, military conflicts, and other political topics.

2.6. Material with insults, 18+ content, shock content, or a violation of the platform rules is not accepted.

2.7. If you use someone else’s content, the clip must be substantially reworked. A plain reupload without editing, your own delivery, or other reworking is not accepted.

2.8. Chroma key must be fully removed. Clips with a visible chroma key are not paid. If the background remains, the creative is rejected.

2.9. The clip description must include the hashtag #бубавпн.

Banner requirements

3.1. The animated banner is placed strictly in the middle of the clip.

3.2. The banner must cover at least 25% of the screen and sit exactly in the center of the frame.

3.3. Each additional full minute of the clip needs an additional banner.

3.4. A clip under 2:00 has one banner exactly in the middle. A clip from 2:00 to 3:00 has three banners, at 0:30, 1:30, and 2:30. After that, one banner for every 60 seconds of the clip.

3.5. If the banner breaks these rules, covers less than 25% of the screen, or the voiceover is hard to hear, the clip is not paid.

3.6. The banner may be sped up by no more than 1.2x.

Prohibited actions

4.1. Any inflation of views, likes, followers, or other activity is prohibited. If inflation is found, the payout is cancelled.

4.2. Promoting clips through TikTok Promote or other advertising tools is prohibited.

4.3. The same clip can be submitted for review only once. Submitting it again, including from another account or on another platform, is prohibited.

4.4. The clip must stay public and available for review until moderation and payout are finished. Closed, deleted, or hidden clips are not reviewed.

4.5. Ads, mentions, and links to other projects are prohibited, both in the clip and in the profile header.

4.6. The creator’s profile header must include a link to BUBA VPN: https://t.me/bubabot.

4.7. Promoting your own referral link is prohibited.

Submitting for review

5.1. Review requires a screen recording made on a phone only.

5.2. The recording must show the full path: the account, opening the payout bot, opening the submitted clip, showing the banner, and opening the clip’s full statistics.

5.3. The clip’s statistics must be shown in full. A cropped recording, incomplete statistics, or no proof of the banner can be grounds for refusal.

5.4. If there is doubt about the statistics, the clip’s originality, or the recording quality, the administration may ask for additional proof.

Review and payout

6.1. Review of an application and a balance withdrawal takes up to 48 hours from submission.

6.2. The payout decision is made after moderation reviews the clip.

6.3. The administration may refuse a payout if the clip breaks these rules, breaks the platform rules, or harms the brand’s reputation.

6.4. Talk to support respectfully. Insults, spam, and pressure on moderation are not allowed.

6.5. Payouts use the lower step:

• up to 50,000 views — steps of 5,000 views;
• up to 100,000 views — steps of 25,000 views;
• up to 1,000,000 views — steps of 100,000 views;
• from 1,000,000 views — steps of 500,000 views.

For example, 33,000 views are paid as 30,000 views.

6.6. There is a daily cap on accepted applications. After the day’s limit, new applications may move to the next day.

6.7. Hiding, deleting, or editing a clip after it passes moderation is prohibited. Doing so blocks access to the payout program.

6.8. Clips that were refused earlier are not reviewed again.

6.9. Clips split into parts have a lower payout according to the statistics, specifically the percentage of repeat views.

Changes to the rules

7.1. The administration may update the rules. New terms apply to clips submitted for review after the update is published.
